Unwaveringly loyal, simple, brave, humble and caring, Sam's personality is all about feeling. His gift for craftsmanship will facilitate the conversation you may have with him: he'll definitely make your time worthwhile. Plus, as an ex-gardener he'll ensure every conversation ends up clean and tidy.
Sam is also the online community's first voice. He coordinates the Studio's ideas, projects, timelines, and royalty payments so that the FOLDORI Studio open initiative becomes the first co-creation house where art and craft tackle every creative's dilemma: dreams of financial independence within a passion-driven community.

24/7: you can contact Sam via text all the time, by night and even on Sundays. We'll do all we can to answer in a lightning fast time, now there are some limits to it obviously, as we do not use chatbots to read and reply you.
We do not use AI bots or AI assistants. Although Sam's in the spotlight, it is our team responding to all the questions you might have, in a record time.
We are proud to be of assistance within an average of two hours from your query. For instance, if you text us on a Friday at 2:30pm, we'll be there before the end of the afternoon.
If you contact Sam outside of business hours, it might take us a longer time to respond. But we will. For instance, if you text us on a Sunday morning, we'll get back to you on Monday morning.
