We've spent two years in R&D to create the ultimate paper DIY experience. It's now accessible within 40 minutes of assembly, in a mindful experience inspired by the ancestral art of papermaking.

Europe transformed the ancestral papermaking methods developed in China, into a modern production of paper. That was 900 years ago.

Today, Italy is Europe's beating heart of the paper industry. Scattered across the country are dozens and dozens of historical manufactures who keep innovating for luxury paper and graphic creations to perpetuate the talent, know-how, and tradition of high-quality papermaking.

Acid-free, lignin-free

Standard paper yellows and becomes brittle over time due to lignin content and environmental acids.

We source Europe's finest materials: coming directly from Italy and Germany, our neutral pH paper is extensively tested to make a Sunrise Dreams set the hero artpiece in your home, for years to come.

CO2 laser-cutting

Precision of a beam

High precision cuts with CO2 laser. Grammage up to 5x superior to copy paper.

When traditional Arts & Crafts kits use scalar plotting or die-cutting methods to punch shapes through paper sheets, our laser cuts are micron-level precise, enabling the highly intricate designs of the Sunrise Dreams collection to reveal all their wonder, while safeguarding a deluxe DIY experience.

High-contrast offset printing

An extended panel of colours

By using enriched offset printing instead of digital printing, our multi-layered scenery catches the ambient light with much higher granularity, making the story shine through.

Compared to digital printing, high-contrast offset printing provides the Sunrise Dreams: Classic Set with a wider range of colours, softly darker inks and finer finishes.

100% recyclable

Recycle, stress-free

The Sunrise Dreams collection is 100% made of paper-based products, from its shipping kraft box to the smallest elements of the multi-layered scenery.

Beyond materials, we at FOLDORI follow a an eco-responsible ethos at all stages of product development, with stringent control over our value chain, including logistics. By repurposing core elements e.g. the premium case designed for both display and storage, we managed to drastically reduce the amount of parts in our set and its extension kits.
