Via a WhatsApp line you can text 24/7, she will be your best help for questions & hurdles whether that's before purchasing one of our art sets, during the assembly or just for a quick answer on gifting, displaying, storing, etc.

Unwaveringly loyal, simple, brave, humble and caring, Mary's personality is all about feeling. Her gift for craftsmanship will facilitate the conversation you may have: she'll definitely make your time worthwhile.

Embodying FOLDORI’s luxury philosophy, Mary champions a "slow brand" approach that prioritizes concept validation over mass-market saturation. Our two-year development cycle leads to a first limited production run of 500 units, which starts once enough pre-orders are in (estimated shipping April 2027). It is a strategic milestone designed to prove the viability of this world's first category while maintaining breakeven pricing. Mary views this launch not as a mere transaction, but as a test of collective loyalty; by keeping our first run small and focused, we ensure that the quality and craftsmanship of every diorama meet the unwavering standards of the community she serves.

Mary is also the online community's first voice. She coordinates the Studio's ideas, projects, timelines, and royalty payments so that the FOLDORI Studio open initiative becomes the first co-creation house where art and craft tackle every creative's dilemma: dreams of financial independence within a passion-driven community.

24/7: you can contact Mary via text all the time, by night and even on Sundays. We'll do all we can to answer in a lightning fast time, now there are some limits to it obviously, as we do not use chatbots to read and reply you.

We do not use AI bots or AI assistants. Although Mary's in the spotlight, it is our team responding to all the questions you might have, in a record time.

We are proud to be of assistance within an average of two hours from your query. For instance, if you text us on a Friday at 2:30pm, we'll be there before the end of the afternoon.

If you contact Mary outside of business hours, it might take us a longer time to respond. But we will. For instance, if you text us on a Sunday morning, we'll get back to you on Monday morning.
