Assembly guidance

Most questions resolve with the building instructions page. Each Sunrise Dreams set ships with a Design Handbook; the online version adds step-by-step photos and troubleshooting notes for common sticking points. If you're mid-assembly and something feels off, start there.

For real-time help, reach us via WhatsApp. Response time averages under two hours during EU business days.

Orders and shipping

Order confirmations arrive within minutes. If yours didn't, check your spam folder first. Still missing? Contact us directly with your order number.

Delivery times and costs depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout; see our shipping policy for exact timeframes and rates. Tracking updates once your package leaves the facility. For shipping questions or address changes, reply to your order confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp.

Materials and replacement parts

Every FOLDORI set uses acid-free Italian paper, laser-cut to tight tolerances. If a piece arrives damaged or goes missing during assembly, we replace it. No charge, no hassle. Visit replacement parts to request what you need, or contact us directly. Need just the individual paper elements? The 14-piece DIY elements set (part of the Sunrise Dreams Classic Set) is available separately.

Returns and refunds

Changed your mind? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you're in the EU, you also have a 14-day cooling-off right to cancel or return your order for any reason, no justification needed. The set must be unassembled and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Email us at contact@foldori.com to start a return. Return shipping currently stays at the customer's cost; we're working on changing that. Once we've received and approved your return, refunds process to your original payment method within 10 business days. Full conditions are in our refund policy.
