FOLDORI designs paper-art sets for mindful assembly. If you encounter a question during your build or need guidance with your order, this page outlines the quickest paths to support.

Assembly guidance

Each set includes printed instructions. If a layer seems misaligned or you're unsure of placement order, pause and revisit the instruction sheet—most alignment questions resolve with a closer reading. For visual reference, product pages at /collections/all show completed assembly photographs.

Missing or damaged layers are rare but possible. Contact us directly with your order number and a photograph of the affected layer. We'll send a replacement folio within 5 business days for European addresses.

Order and shipping questions

Orders ship from our European facility within 2 business days. Tracking numbers arrive via email once the package leaves our warehouse. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first—our dispatch emails occasionally filter incorrectly.

For order changes or cancellations, email us within 24 hours of purchase. Once a package enters transit, we cannot recall it.

Returns and exchanges

Unopened sets may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping costs. Opened sets are eligible for exchange if a manufacturing defect affects assembly. Cosmetic wear from handling is not covered.

To initiate a return, email us with your order number and reason. We'll provide return instructions and a reference code for tracking.
